After speaking with many High to Mid-level Executives, and front-line staff, it has become evident that there is a huge disconnect in our industry between work and life, and an acceptance that work / life balance is something non-existent and also impossible to create.

The LTC Employee Culture Change Initiative was born from these conversations and  the  realization that we must do something to shift our mindset and the current reality. 

As a bridge between Employees and Employers, we are going to be discussing and sharing (confidentially) general ideals, comments and experiences, with the goal to create a platform where honest and open conversations can be started, for the betterment of our beautiful Long Term Care Industry.  Our goal is to be able to create much needed changes, in the way we take care of our employees, so they can take great care of others.    

In our articles and videos, you will find out what other companies are doing to  retain their staff, solve issues such as burnout and employee morale, and create happier and healthier work environment, on order to be able to serve, in the best way possible.  This will be a safe and honest platform to share, brainstorm and create for the advancement of our industry and the benefit of our seniors.
